Meet Oliver “Ollie” Robinson

Oliver “Ollie” Robinson has years of experience in criminal prosecutions, and is taking cases that need criminal defense. He also wants to help with civil litigation, estate planning and estate administration. He will meet with you for a half-hour initial consultation for free.

Ollie grew up in Colorado Springs. His father was the proprietor of Cy’s Drive In, which is where he learned a strong work ethic and the importance of service. After graduating from Rampart High School, Ollie served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, which included three years with a U.S. Marine Corps unit. Ollie’s service did not end in the Navy, going on to serve as a Police Officer with the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department before deciding to go to law school.

After law school Ollie worked as a Deputy District Attorney, and later a Senior Deputy District Attorney, at the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office here in Colorado Springs for over thirteen years. In addition to being a felony prosecutor, Ollie was part of the District Attorney’s Office Homicide Team, Special Victim’s Unit, Vehicular Homicide/Assault Team, and supervised the Juvenile Prosecution Unit. Ollie has lots of criminal trial experience and first-hand knowledge of the process prosecutors follow when prosecuting a case.

Ollie’s experience as a police officer, and experience in handling use of force situations as both a prosecutor and private attorney, also make him an excellent choice for law enforcement officers when they need legal representation.
